Ingredients: Butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea), dried apple pieces

Preparation: Use 1-2 grams of tea per cup in a tea filter or bag. Pour over hot water and let steep for 7-10 minutes. A shorter steeping time results in a lighter infusion, while a longer steep deepens the colour and brings out more of the apple notes.
