Ingredients: Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)

Preparation: Use 2 grams of the blend per cup in a tea filter or tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes in warm, just-off-the-boil water. The longer the steeping time, the fuller and deeper the flavor.
